My Story

My name is Xiomara Hernandez but my friends call me Z. I am from Houston, Texas and have lived there my whole life. Outside of work, I love to read books about fantasy, Sci-Fi, and horror. My favorite author is Tolkien and I have been obsessed with his writings. I also enjoy cooking food that are specifically themed to movies or books. Personally if I can start my day with a cup of blue milk from Star Wars, Beorn's honey cakes from The Hobbit, one of Bobs joke burgers from Bob's Burgers, a earthbender mudslide from Avatar the Last Airbender, butterbeer from Harry Potter, a spell cake from Pixar's Brave, and lembas bread from Lord of The Rings, then I can call that a happy day. I also love watching movies about different cultures because it gives me a chance to make something I have never had before. You can also find me outside playing soccer or pickleball with my friends and family. You might even hear me playing a tune on my clarinet because I have a passion for music. I also have a passion for learning. I am currently learning Spanish and plan on learning Norwegian next.
